This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted by 1ST ZIFE FASHION.
Custom Made Items
All outfits produced by 1ST ZIFE FASHION are custom designed and tailored based on individual measurements and design preferences. As a result, custom made items are not eligible for refunds or returns once production has started.
Ready to Wear Items
For ready to wear pieces, returns may be considered only if the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition within three days of delivery or pickup. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Alterations and Adjustments
If a custom outfit does not fit as agreed due to an error on our part, adjustments will be offered at no additional cost. Customers must report fitting issues within forty eight hours of receiving the item.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item is delivered with a defect or damage caused during production, customers must notify 1ST ZIFE FASHION within twenty four hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will offer a repair or replacement where applicable.
Non Returnable Items
Fabric purchases, accessories, discounted items, and clearance sales are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
Return Process
All return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
