Custom fashion pieces are created based on individual requests. Estimated completion timelines will be communicated to customers before production starts. Delays may occur due to fabric sourcing, design adjustments, or high order volumes, and customers will be informed accordingly.
Delivery Methods
Delivery is available within Accra and to other locations across Ghana through reliable courier services. Customers may also choose to pick up their orders at our studio location if preferred.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary by location and courier service. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is subject to the courier’s schedule and operating conditions.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination, package size, and courier rates. All applicable delivery charges will be communicated and agreed upon before dispatch.
